Description

1) The eat-in kitchen is equipped with microwave, coffee maker, kettle, dishwasher, a comfortable dining table and a Smart TV (incl. Wifi).
2.) The bathroom consists of a shower, washing machine, toilet and with fresh towels that we provide.
3.) The bedroom is fully furnished and equipped with linens.

The beds are made with fresh linens and the apartment is cleaned and cleaned regularly.

There is a garage opposite the apartment that can be used by arrangement.

Infrastructure/Environment

Metro is in the immediate vicinity as well as various bus stops and trams.

On the main street of Simmering you will find many different shopping facilities such as: supermarkets, kiosks, restaurants and a shopping center.

Motorway connections: S1/A4

The following places can be reached by car within 5 minutes to 20 minutes: Wien-Zentrum, Schwechat, Maria Lanzendorf, Himberg, Rannersdorf, Leopoldsdorf, Achau, Fischamend and Flughafen/Airport.
