The self-catering kitchen is fully equipped and has a fridge-freezer, kettle, coffee machine, microwave, cooking utensils and crockery.  

A highlight of the apartment is the sunny balcony with table and chairs. 

Of course, the use of Wi-Fi, final cleaning, provision of bed linen, electricity, heating, water, etc. are included in the price.   
Towels can be provided after separate consultation.   

Parking spaces - also for large cars, vans and trucks - are within walking distance.

The apartment is specially designed for fitters, technicians and business travellers who are looking for temporary accommodation but do not want to miss out on a high level of living comfort!   

The apartment is only rented in its entirety. Unfortunately, it is not possible to book single rooms at Atrium Apartments.

Direct access to the A5 and close proximity to many large workers in the area.

Bus and train stops are within walking distance.   
The same applies to shops for everyday needs.
