Hello!

The apartment has 47m², 2 rooms, has a shower / WC and a fully equipped kitchen. It also has a separate entrance. A private parking space is also available directly at the house; Barbecuing would also be possible.

The apartment is also equipped with TV, DVD player, a large double bed, radio, microwave, toaster, kettle and much more and has been newly renovated. Both rooms are designed with laminate flooring and are therefore allergy-friendly. We provide our guests with free wireless Internet access.

In the dining room there are two more single beds, so that the apartment is designed for a maximum of 4 people. If required, we can also provide you with a selection of books and novels free of charge.

Flat rate costs for the apartment including all additional costs as well as towels and bed linen:

Up to 2 persons: 60,-€ / night
From 3 persons: 75,-€ / night
From 4 persons: 90,-€ / night

For the final cleaning of the apartment we charge a one-time fee of 40, - €.
