Four fully equipped, fully furnished worker apartments, which have just been renovated. Centrally and quietly located in Mülheim.

AVAILABLE FROM 5.12.2022 - FRESH AFTER RENOVATION AND REFITTING.

Bookings from 2 to 17 people possible! Minimum rental period 3 months.

There are a total of four apartments with 2 or 4 beds (single and double occupancy; no multi-bed rooms). Each apartment has its own bathroom (sometimes even two or an additional toilet) and a fully equipped kitchen.

You are also welcome to send your booking request by e-mail.

Newly renovated apartments with fully equipped kitchen and bathroom/WC from 2 people and groups up to 12 people, smart TV, WLAN / WiFi, single beds, parking in the area (public), one washing machine and dryer per apartment.

All worker rooms in our worker apartments have two or one single bed. We do not offer dormitories!

For long-term stays and group bookings, we offer attractive and individual prices.

NOT INCLUDED are towels and intermediate cleanings.

The four apartments are very centrally located and yet quiet in Mülheim. All shops for daily needs can be found within a radius of 200 m in a plentiful selection. The A3 / A40 motorway can be reached in five minutes. Best infrastructure!

The overnight rate is per person and night net (incl. all additional costs incl. Wi-Fi) and refers to monthly bookings with full occupancy. Current prices and availability can be requested by phone or e-mail.
