Two single beds (90x200), two daybeds (80x200), one of which is pull-out (to 160x200) and two single beds (90x200) upstairs offer enough space for up to 7 people. An additional bed for an additional person is possible in the bedroom on the upper floor.

TV available in every living room and bedroom, Parking is possible directly on the enclosed property. Front garden for exclusive use possible with seating for 8 people. Barbecue and a play tower with shoe and slide for the children available.

Description

Our 3-room apartment is about 85 sqm, bright, modern, spacious and furnished with great attention to detail, so that you feel comfortable from the first moment!

It is located on the outskirts of the village in the state-approved resort of Schmannewitz with a fantastic view of the village, the Dahlen Heath as well as fields and meadows, you can even marvel at the "Collmberg".

The apartment has a bedroom, a living room and a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with washing machine and a large window on the ground floor. Another bedroom, hallway with play area are upstairs. It has a separate entrance and free parking directly on the enclosed property. Each living room and bedroom is separate. (no walk-through room) and has a flat-screen TV. Free Wi-Fi available in the apartment!
