Pricing

Description

Quiet, large and well-kept apartment!

If you rent a complete apartment, you pay on arrival:
a deposit of € 100
and for
the final cleaning € 50
On arrival, the stay must be paid in full with deposit and final cleaning!

The deposit will of course be refunded to you on departure, provided that there has been no major damage due to improper use!

In the case of individual room rentals, you pay the stated rent,
one
Cleaning fee of
15 €,
and a
Deposit of 20 €
per room and stay.

Fundamental:
No matter which rental you choose, you will receive an invoice with VAT.

During the stay:
Cleaning dishes with the dishwasher
(please do not do any hand rinsing, as there are always problems here!)
We provide free tabs for the dishwasher!

Shower/tub and toilet must be cleaned after use and if dirty.
We require cleaning of our appliances (stove, oven, microwave, etc.) after use, as a matter of course!

Laundry:
Laundry possible for a fee
Laundry drying possible for a fee
Fee to be paid in advance

Environment:
Quiet, small place - many shops, restaurants, snack bars, pizzerias, kebab shops, gas stations etc.
in approx. 1-3 km distance!

On departure:
Leave your apartment tidy and remove all waste - sorted separately!
Please remove food completely!
