The self-contained, 90sqm apartment is located on the first floor of a two-family house and has 3 bedrooms, living / dining room, bathroom, kitchen and covered balcony. Bedroom with double bed, children's room with a bed and a cot, 2nd bedroom with 2 beds, living room with sofa, dining area, satellite TV, large covered balcony overlooking the green areas of the neighboring "Widow's Castle". The floors are tiled or covered with laminate.
The price is 55,-EUR per day for up to two people. Additional persons pay a surcharge, children from 2 to 15 years an additional 3,- EUR per day, persons from 16 years 6,- EUR per day.
Water and electricity consumption, Wi-Fi and final cleaning are included in the price. Bed linen and towels are provided. The amount must be paid in cash no later than the morning before departure. Long-term rate for a stay of at least 20 days continuously on request.
The minimum booking period is 4 nights.
The apartment is a non-smoking apartment – no pets.
