Description

The apartment was newly renovated at the end of 2020 and fully furnished.
There is everything you need.
Crockery, glasses, cutlery, cooking utensils, pans, pots, fridge and freezer, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, egg cooker and much more.
Fresh linen is provided every 2 weeks.
Towels weekly.
Everything around.
Price scale as follows: from 01.10.2022
(Unfortunately, we have to increase prices by 30% due to extremely high (politically ordered) energy costs)

double room: 33€/night/person = 462 € / week
SR: 38€/night/person = 532 € / week

3 persons
in 3-bed room: 30€/night/person = 630€ / week
SR +DR: 33€/night/person = 693€/week

4 people
2x double room: 28€/person/night = 784€ / week

5-6 persons: 910€ or 1092€ /week

Final cleaning once 50 €

Upon arrival, a deposit of 200 € per room or 300 € if both rooms are booked through a company must be paid in cash.
A house and apartment key is included in the respective deposit. For each additional key (2) a deposit of 50 € will be charged.
In the 3-bed room there is a built-in safe, which can be used free of charge. For this purpose, only a deposit for the key is required.
