Description

We offer a small apartment in a rural location, furnished for rent.
The 1 bedroom apartment has a sleeping area with a bed and a comfortable sofa.
The apartment is equipped with TV, shower, separate toilet and kitchen.
Kitchen with coffee machine, refrigerator, stove, microwave and various small appliances fully equipped.
Towel change weekly.
Bed linen change 14 days.

Location Near A81, B27 and B14, near Ludwigsburg in the greater Stuttgart area.
5 minutes walk to the center and the Kaufland.
6 minutes walk to the S-Bahn station with direct connection to Stuttgart.
We charge € 30.00 per person per night.
During the week, the minimum stay is 3 nights. Otherwise we charge a cleaning fee of 20,00 €.
