Additional information

I offer 5 feel-good rooms with large and comfortable box spring beds for daily/short-term/subletting.

The bathroom is fitted with a bathtub and a large walk-in shower. There are two more toilets available - cleanliness is taken care of here and cleaned daily, as this is part of the communal facility.

The fully equipped kitchen (with stove, oven, toaster, coffee maker, microwave, kettle, sandwich maker...) as well as the foyer (with a view) is equipped with chairs or an upholstered bench and each with a dining table. Important for every self-caterer: each room has its own fridge and freezer.

The rental prices already include VAT (sales tax). The following prices apply:
The overnight stay amounts to 25€ / person including additional costs for a room allocation for only a few days. If you book for at least 2 weeks, please contact me for a discount. The daily rental price for monthly tenants is from 15€/day including utilities and VAT.

All rooms are equipped with large box spring beds min 120x200cm, as well as a chest of drawers, TV, coffee table, bedside console and seating.
