- SILENCE --> Please behave in such a way that the other guests are not disturbed. From 10.00 p.m., room volume must be maintained in all rooms. After 10.00 p.m., any noise must be avoided when leaving and returning to our house out of consideration for the neighbors and guests. If there is a disturbance of the peace, the landlord can terminate the tenancy
- VIDEO SURVEILLANCE --> The public area is under video surveillance.
- WASHER --> washer and dryer are only available in two of the five rooms and are free to use. Please contact us when booking.
- LOCATION --> apartment is very central and quiet, so you can completely switch off from everyday life. Various shops and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity.
- INVOICE --> You will receive an invoice with VAT for your stay.
