On the ground floor there is a double room with single beds that can be separated or joined together and a
Single room (extra bed corner couch 140x 200 cm) for one person for preferably
separately sleeping guests, additional children or fitters or as a common room (only for 3 people).
Another single room is located on the 1st floor.
Shower, washbasin, separate toilet.

Wi-Fi and satellite TV included in all rooms.
Fully equipped kitchen with kitchenette, as well as kitchenware for self-catering.
Electric stove with 4 ceramic plates.
Microwave, coffee maker, Senseo coffee machine on request, toaster, kettle, 2 refrigerators with freezer compartment.
Washer and dryer (coin-operated appliances - €2 each per wash or dry).

Shopping: only 800 to 1200 m away.
