The house has a large garden with a large covered terrace, ideal for relaxing after work.
There are 3 bedrooms (satellite TV) each with 2 single beds, which could also be converted to a double bed.
Furthermore, a shower room / WC and another toilet.
Living-dining room (satellite TV) with patio door to terrace and garden.
Full kitchen with fridge, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, Senseo, kettle etc.
Seperat is still a 2nd fridge and a freezer ready.
Basement with washing machine and dryer
The large covered terrace with garden furniture, darts, bocce, a sandpit for the children and a hammock to relax.
There are also enough ashtrays for smokers.
The large garden is completely fenced and not visible from the street.
A car parking space on the property and further parking possibilities in the street area in front of the property.
Wi-Fi and bed linen are included.
