Description

FITTER'S ROOM NEAR THE SHIPYARD (Lürssen, Fassmer, Abeking & Rasmussen, etc.) and near Oldenburg / Bremen.

3-5 minutes to the surrounding shipyards and the nearest supermarket. In about 6 minutes by car you can reach the ferries Vegesack and Motzen, which take you across the Weser to Bremen. It is about 25 minutes by car to Bremen city centre. It takes about 30 minutes to get to Oldenburg and about 15 minutes to the city center of Delmenhorst.

We have single and double rooms. All apartments are equipped with a kitchen / kitchenette, refrigerator, shower/WC, satellite TV and WLAN/Wifi. Washing machine and dryer are also available free of charge! Cleaning takes place weekly. We have plenty of free parking!
Our rooms are ideal for long-term occupancy.

We have a large terrace and a large garden with ping pong table and large barbecue.
Fishing opportunities are available directly opposite on the Ollen. We also have sufficient parking spaces.
