The staff quarters are located in a residential building at 58 Niezłomnych Street in Stalowa Wola. The premises have just been put into use after renovation and consist of 2 separate units for a total of 28-35 people.
The building has a total of 14 rooms, 5 kitchenettes, 6 bathrooms and 1 toilet.
There is new furniture in the kitchenettes. The kitchenettes are equipped with induction hobs, microwaves with grill function, kettles, pots, cutlery, cups, plates and other kitchen utensils. The bathrooms have showers (one of the bathrooms has a shower and a bathtub), sinks, toilets, and some also have washing machines and electric dryers.

Residents have at their disposal a garden with an area of about 300 m2 and a terrace. The house is located in a quiet and peaceful area. There are numerous shops nearby. The E. Leclerc shop is less than 200 m away, the Kaufland is 500 m away. Next to the Kaufland store there are stores such as: Jysk, Pepco, CCC, RTV EURO AGD. A bus stop is also 100 m away.
The accommodation is located close to the Stalowa Wola Centrum railway station (500 m) and the Main Railway Station (630 m).
