The building with about 101 square meters of living space was completely renovated and refurbished in October 2010, so that we can now offer 1 single room, 2 double rooms, a beautiful shared kitchen (which is fully equipped with dishes, toaster, coffee maker, microwave, pots, kettle, cutlery, etc.), 1 bathroom with bathtub, sink, toilet and washing machine and 1 bathroom with shower, toilet and sink.

The bathrooms, kitchen and hallway have been retiled and the living rooms have been laid a beautiful, warm laminate. Furthermore, smoke detectors were installed throughout the house. We offer 1 single room and 2 double rooms.

The living rooms have been equipped with cable TV and all have a flat screen.

The residential area is quiet and yet central. In a few minutes' walk (about 5-7 min.) you will find doctors, bakers, butchers, shopping centers, etc. Furthermore, there is a bus stop and tram stop nearby, which can be reached on foot in about 7-10 minutes.
