Hello, we offer you our spacious accommodation in Nieheim.

Our accommodation is 140 square meters and can accommodate up to 10 people.

With us you can expect a large and cozy living-dining area with plenty of space to sit together and rest.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cater for yourself. Sugar, pepper and salt are included in the basic equipment.
A dishwasher and a washing machine can also be found with us.

The spacious bathroom offers you plenty of space, a shower and bath facility as well as a sink with a large mirror and toilet.
In addition, we have a second toilet in a separate room with mirror and sink.

A cozy seating area in the entrance area also invites you to relax.

With us you will find a single bedroom, 2 double rooms and a quadruple room.
All bedrooms are equipped with comfortable beds and storage space.
Extra beds can be placed at any time.

Smoking is prohibited throughout the property. There is a spacious balcony that can be used.

A small garden area invites you to barbecue or to sit together comfortably.

Sufficient parking spaces on our video-monitored premises are also available and also designed for larger vehicles.

The apartment is located in a secluded location without a direct neighbor.

Ample shopping facilities as well as the local gas station can be reached within a minute by car.

Bed linen, hand and bath towels as well as dishwasher and tea towels are provided.

After checking availability for the desired period, a written booking confirmation will be sent with a request for payment for a binding booking.
