Welcome to my granny flat, which is located in a quiet side street and yet has a central location. A separate entrance ensures your privacy during your stay. The apartment offers a living area of approx. 41 m2 and has an open kitchen with a bar table. The kitchen is equipped with a stove with ceramic hob, toaster, large fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker and other kitchen accessories, so you can easily cater for yourself.
The granny flat has its own bedroom with a comfortable bed (1.40m x 2m) and a practical built-in wardrobe for your personal belongings. The living room also has a comfortable TV chair and a sofa bed, which offers sleeping facilities for another two people if required. Roller blinds ensure a good
Sleep. The bathroom is equipped with a modern shower and bidet. There is also a seating area where guests can relax outdoors. A parking space is also available.
The surrounding area offers numerous shopping opportunities, including Edeka, Aldi, Rossmann, bakeries and butchers, which can be easily reached on foot. Pharmacy, opticians and doctors as well as various leisure activities (e.g. Sports pool and tennis) are located in the village. The A4 and A7 motorway exits can be reached within a maximum of 30 minutes by car.
The price for the granny flat is €60 per night, for each additional person €10/night. Different prices apply on public holidays. Additional costs such as electricity, water, heating and final cleaning are included. The minimum rental period is 4 nights. Further information is available on request.
