Apartment 1 is located on the 2nd floor, 2 bedrooms with two single beds each, kitchen, daylight bathroom (up to four people)

Apartment 2 is on the ground floor, 4 bedrooms each with a single bed, kitchen, daylight bathroom, optionally expandable up to 5 people.

The cars can be parked right in front of the door.

In total, up to 9 people can be accommodated in the same house. All beds are new. Each person has their own wardrobe. In the cozy kitchen--living room there is also a small table with chairs. A large REWE Center with fresh baked goods, lunch offer, chicken stand and other shops is just a minute's walk away.

The house is centrally located in Werdau and is about 10 minutes by car from Zwickau, 10 minutes by car from the A4 / Meerane / Crimmitschau and about 15 minutes by car from the VW plant. You can enter the object address Kranzbergstrasse 12, Werdau directly into your navigation system. There are shops for daily necessities (large REWE supermarket) in the immediate vicinity just a minute's walk away. Parking is available right outside the front door on the quiet street.
