Bathroom with tub and shower, wc, guest toilet with sink in the hallway, TV per room possible, WL Internet, there are 3 rooms, downstairs another room that can be divided,
everything is already partially furnished, the remaining possibility can be done at short notice,
therefore max. probably 8 people possible
like longer-term, like entire companies
