Description

This small guesthouse, run by me for seven years, still seems to be popular with many returning regulars. The quiet 3 room apartment (130 m²) is fully furnished, separate beds, bathroom, balcony and a fully equipped kitchen. All rooms are non-smoking and have satellite TV and W-Lan. Smoking can be done on the balcony or courtyard. Enough parking spaces are located directly in front of the house. Supermarkets, pubs, train station and market are 600 m away. Weekly cleaning is included in the price.
Nuremberg, Fürth, Erlangen, Herzogenaurach and Neustadt/Aisch are always easily and quickly accessible.

Single occupancy: 25 Euro per night/ person
Double occupancy: 20 Euro per night/ person
From three persons: 17,50 Euro per night/ person
