Our rooms all have Wi-Fi, own TV, table and chairs in the room. Each room also has its own refrigerator.

There are rooms with and without bathroom, with/without balcony, there are rooms with single beds and with bunk beds - so there is something for every price range!

The kitchens are fully equipped with coffee makers, microwaves, etc.

Bed linen is provided!

Description

1st floor, 7 guest rooms and a SEPARATE fitter's apartment, which are divided as follows:

1 double bedroom with private bathroom, with balcony
2 triple rooms with private bathroom (one with balcony)
1 quadruple room with private bathroom
1 double bedroom without private bathroom, with balcony
2 double rooms with bunk beds without private bathroom

Per floor: 1 shared kitchen (fully equipped with stove, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, coffee maker, washing machine, dryer, dining area, dishes, pots etc)

The separate fitter apartment is also located on the 1st floor and is designed for a group of 4 fitters.
It is broken down as follows:

Entrance hall with small storage room, from the anteroom you reach a large bathroom with bath and shower, the large kitchen (fully equipped with large dining area) and from the kitchen you reach the 4 bed room.

2nd floor, 9 guest rooms divided as follows:

4 double rooms with private bathroom
1 triple room with private bathroom
2 single rooms without private bathroom
2 double rooms without private bathroom, with balcony

Per floor: 1 shared kitchen (fully equipped with stove, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, dining area, dishes, pots etc)

All rooms have top equipment: own TV with Smart TV in the room, own dining table in the room, own refrigerator, bed linen are provided!

Our rooms are self-catering. Both kitchens are perfectly equipped for this. (stove, oven, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, sandwich maker, refrigerator freezer, dishes, pots etc.)

We rent per bed/per night.
Minimum stay: 4 nights!!!
Due to the current situation, we are forced to charge an energy cost subsidy of € 5.00 per person / per week.
