Description

We rent 3 newly renovated and furnished rooms for fitters or live on time in Elmshagen / Schauenburg.
In each room there is a double bed from 140cm to 200cm width.
One room is additionally equipped with a large couch.
All rooms are equipped with a TV and Wi-Fi.
The two smaller rooms have a size of about 15m2, the larger one about 28m2.
The bathroom and kitchen are for shared use, with the bathroom newly renovated.
The kitchen is functionally furnished.
It is a non-smoking accommodation in the attic of a three family house, smoking can be done in a covered area on the doorstep.
Bed linen and towels are provided, cleaning of the room is included from four nights, otherwise 15€ per stay.
Rent per night and room 20€, special price for longer stay by arrangement.
