Wir bieten Ihnen eine komfortable und renovierte Monteurwohnung in zentraler Lage an. Die Wohnung verfügt über drei Schlafzimmer mit insgesamt fünf Einzelbetten, eine voll ausgestattete Küche, ein Badezimmer mit Dusche und WC sowie einen gemütlichen Wohnbereich + Balkon.

Die Wohnung eignet sich ideal für Handwerker oder Monteure, die für einen begrenzten Zeitraum in der Region arbeiten und eine gemütliche Unterkunft suchen. Die Wohnung ist komplett möbliert und
verfügt über alle notwendigen Geräte wie Fernseher, Kühlschrank, Waschmaschine und WLAN.

Alle Zimmer werden regelmäßig gereinigt und sind mit Bettwäsche und Handtüchern ausgestattet.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist optimal für alle, die eine gute Autobahnanbindung benötigen (A7). Die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten zu Fuß erreichbar.

has all the necessary appliances such as TV, refrigerator, washing machine and WI-FI

All rooms are regularly cleaned and are equipped with bed linen and towels.

The location of the apartment is ideal for those who need good access to the motorway (A7).

Shopping facilities are within walking distance.
