We can offer you up to 40 fully furnished apartments with their own kitchen, bathroom and toilet. The convenient location to Stuttgart Airport, the new trade fair and motorway A8 which you can reach by car in 10 minutes, or 20 minutes to Sindelfingen, speaks for the location.

The 1-room apartment is ideal for business travelers and is located in the middle of the countryside between Stuttgart-Sillenbuch, Heumaden and Ostfildern / Kemnat with a beautiful view of nature. This location gives you well-deserved rest at any time of the day or night.
From your own balcony you have a great view. The apartment is equipped with TV, a complete kitchenette (sink, refrigerator, 2-plate stove and microwave) and a large private shower / WC.
Parking is available free of charge. Of course, as with all our properties, bed linen and towels.

As an additional service, you are welcome to book Internet (WLAN) and washing machine for a fee when booking.
A vending machine with snacks and drinks is also available for a fee.
