in the living room
a bedroom with bed 1.8 x 2 and a pull-out sofa (with slatted frame 1.20 x 1.80! This is in the living room) there can also be an additional mattress in the living room for three people

Washing machine with dryer is in the heating room. ( Laundry is possible at any time with the agreement of the tenants in the lower apartment
