Welcome to our newly renovated and newly furnished holiday/fitter apartment!
The apartment is a cozy and well-equipped place to stay. It has a total of
42 square meters and is divided into a living/dining area with kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom and a terrace surrounded by greenery.

The bathroom has a shower, sink, toilet as well as a washer-dryer and hair dryer. Towels and bed linen are provided and changed regularly.

The living room is equipped with a comfortable and spacious corner sofa, a large living room table, as well as a Samsung Smart TV with cable connection.

The dining area is located in the living area, creating a very cozy atmosphere between the kitchen and the living room. Here you can sit on raised chairs at a comfortable dining table and are always within direct reach of the kitchen. Which is fully equipped with two hotplates, a microwave oven (baking/defrosting/heating/grilling functions), refrigerator, kettle and coffee machine. Here you can comfortably prepare your meals and relax at the dining table.

The bed in the bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed. The bedroom itself invites you to a good night's sleep. There is also a chest of drawers in the bedroom, which provides plenty of storage space. You will also find a large mirror in the bedroom, as well as a medium-sized hand mirror.

The outdoor area with the pond is the perfect place to relax after a long day. The covered terrace makes it possible for you to stay outside, even in rain or snow. Of course, you will find seating, as well as a garden lounger.

The apartment/worker apartment is located in a very quiet area, surrounded by nature. This provides them with a wonderful opportunity to switch off and relax.

At the same time, however, you are only 9 minutes by car from the city center of Schwäbisch Hall, where there are numerous shops, restaurants, as well as a wonderful old town.
The nearest large supermarket is 7 minutes away by car. While the nearest bakery can be reached in just 3 minutes by car. The Schwäbisch Hall - Hessental train station is a 5-minute drive away and the bus stop is just a 5-minute walk away, so you can get around even without a vehicle.

A further advantage is that on weekends you can benefit from the accommodation located above, the Gasthaus zum Löwen. Here you will find delicious, regional dishes and can exchange ideas with other guests. So if you don't feel like cooking, just go to the restaurant.
The opening hours are: Friday - Sunday from 5:00 p.m. and Sunday 11:30 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.
