We are happy to rent rooms for employees for a longer period and in a package - for one company or a tenant looking for employee accommodation.

The two-storey house with staff rooms has an area of 430 m2. It has a beautiful garden and parking spaces at your disposal. The area is pleasant and uncrowded, which is conducive to relaxation. At the same time, our employee accommodation is located very close to Wrocław and well communicated with the center.

Staff accommodation - location:
- Radwanice - right on the border of Wrocław
- 7.9 km to the Wrocław Market Square (16 min by car - easy access as the crow flies)

Free rooms for employees

Staff quarters are fully equipped - they have bed linen and towels. Each room is locked and has Wi-Fi access.
In addition, we have launched new, additional, comfortably equipped rooms in the new part of the house at a price of PLN 50.00 / person net.

As part of renting employee accommodation, we also provide a social part containing 2 bathrooms with toilets, an additional, separate toilet and a shared kitchen. The kitchen is fully furnished - equipped with 3 large refrigerators and the necessary kitchen equipment and accessories.

Cleaning of common areas included in the price of renting employee accommodation.

Total cost of accommodation - PLN 45.00 net / day (plus 8% VAT), in the new part - PLN 50.00 net / day (plus 8% VAT).
