The cozy apartment (approx. 60sqm) is located on the 1st floor of our old Franconian holiday home with large garden in the old center of Obervolkach.

The space
Our apartment, with its creaking floorboards and sloping ceilings and floors, is comfortably furnished with rattan furniture and lots of plants. Bedroom with wardrobe and chest of drawers, bed 160x200cm. Dining area with folding sofa. In the living room there is a smart TV and the large pull-out couch (140cm), as well as the refrigerator with large freezer compartment. The small kitchen is very well equipped (but no dishwasher): egg cooker, coffee maker, kettle, microwave, toaster, tea, etc... and has a hatch window to the wood-panelled dining area with folding sofa. In the anteroom, which you share with us, there is the washing machine, drying rack, ironing board, cleaning utensils and a large desk for undisturbed work with a view of the countryside.
An 18-step wide external lattice staircase leads to the apartment.
Well behaved dogs (not digging) and cats are also welcome!
The romantic perennial garden invites you to discover a secluded spot under the fruit trees, which invite you to relax undisturbed or have a barbecue (grill available). Alternatively, in the courtyard you will find pallet sofa and terrace. Bicycles/motorcycles can be safely stored in the woodshed. Car parking space directly in front of the house.

Further worker accommodation on the ground floor for 1-4 persons available.
