The bathroom has a bath/shower, toilet and sink.

In the basement there is a washing machine for exclusive use, the laundry can be hung up in the laundry room to dry.

Behind the house there is a garden for exclusive use.

In front of the house there is a parking space for the guests of the apartment.
The apartment is located on the outskirts of Lindau, with good motorway access to Friedrichshafen, Austria.

Although it is located in the countryside, it is only 3km to the Lindaupark shopping center, 1km to the trim trail and there is also a golf course nearby.

The rental price includes the costs for water, electricity, heating, bed linen and towels as well as a thorough final cleaning by a cleaning lady.

The apartment is always rented out on a weekly basis from Saturday to Saturday.

The rent is always paid for the whole apartment, regardless of how many people rent it. Rentals are always from Saturday to Saturday, even if guests should leave on Friday and arrive on Monday.
