Our single rooms are furnished.

COMMON AREAS
-the hallway
-the kitchen (fully equipped),
-the bathroom,
-the terrace/garden are shared.

COST:

COSTS single room:
50€ per person for one night
40€ per night per person (2 to 3 days)
30€ per night per person (4 to 6 days)
150€ per week per person (from 7 days)
650€ per month per person.

COSTS Double room - two single rooms for 2 persons
65€ for one night
49€ per night (2 to 3 days)
39€ per night (4 to 6 days)
250€ per week (from 7 days)
860€ per month

Rent only possible by prepayment
(For longer stays to be paid at least one week in advance)

+ 80€ deposit
(If the room is properly handed over, the deposit will be refunded).

RENTAL DURATION:
It is only rented temporarily - to administrative pupils / students, fitters or to holiday guests...
(Fixed-term leases only - these can be extended individually)

Arrival and departure must be discussed individually. This is the only way we can offer the best possible service.

VEHICLE
Easy access to public transport. Shopping facilities are available nearby.
