Welcome to our room rental & guesthouse

Our rooms are preferably equipped for field staff, fitters and construction workers. But holidaymakers and short travellers for the simple requirement are also welcome.

Some rooms can also be prepared in no time at all as a small office or as a temporary office, optionally with an overnight stay, networking included. Each of our functional rooms is equipped with new furniture, bed linen, a wardrobe, table and chair as well as satellite TV, some even HDTV. Of course, towels and a simple breakfast are included in the price, except in the fitter's package.
In addition, our communal kitchen offers dishes, sink, two refrigerators, an electric stove, microwave, kettle and coffee machine for free use. A filter coffee and cappuccino machine are available for quick enjoyment.
In the foyer / lounge area we have a common area with HD-SAT TV, where convivial evenings can also be spent. For smokers, there is a smoking island in the outdoor area. Our company has a modern document processing system for fast fax, printing, copying and scanning functions up to A3 color, broadband Internet access up to 16 MBit can be connected by arrangement. Parking spaces are available in sufficient numbers in front of the door on the own premises from 6:00 p.m. in the evening to 8:00 a.m. and throughout on weekends.
